Leeanna received a BA in Music with a Minor in Business from North Carolina State University (Go, Pack!). She began working at a Steinway & Sons dealership and became enamored with the technical side of pianos. She worked with the technician there until she was accepted to the prestigious North Bennet Street School in Boston for Piano Technology.
Once there, she passed the rigorous RPT exam. She is also an active member of the Piano Technician’s Guild, which provides community and resources to help her constantly refine and add to her skills. She currently works part-time as a piano technician for M. Steinert & Sons in Boston, but especially loves her private clients and getting to know their families and their pianos.
In her free time, Leeanna can—of course—be found playing the piano. She also enjoys reading, biking around the city, hanging out with her cats, and playing disc-golf with her husband.
